I signed the contract with the City of Novi Sad for the construction of the new intercity bus station based on the General Urban Plan. I completed the investment, but the City of Novi Sad did not fulfill its contractual obligation.
Evidence: Contract with the City of Novi Sad, construction and occupancy permits.
Court decisions are expected:
In the lawsuit I have filed, I expect the court's decisions to be in line with the existing case law in this matter. Namely, the Supreme Court of Cassation has already ruled once that the City caused damage to ATP "Vojvodina" for one contractual period, resulting in four million euros being paid from the budget of Novi Sad.
The lawsuit awaiting a decision pertains to the remaining contractual period until 2021.

CONSTITUTIONAL APPEAL OF ILIJA DEVIĆ REGARDING THE ATP VOJVODINA INVESTMENT”
ATTACHMENT No.1 , ATTACHMENT No.2 ,

I accumulated my capital over more than forty years in the former Yugoslavia. In that large country, where the rules of the game were known, I was among the top five entrepreneurs in small businesses. Later, I had small, medium, and then large enterprises. I did not bring my money from tax havens, nor did I acquire it through privileges or political connections. I have never been equated, even colloquially, with tycoons or war profiteers. Despite this, I have experienced the state, whose budget I have contributed to for decades, where I employed over six hundred people, and where I developed a business plan for an additional twelve hundred jobs, taking away my capital.
The ATP "Vojvodina" case is among the 24 disputed privatizations, being the only one where the investor, not the state of Serbia, is the injured party. The case is under the monitoring of the European Commission.
