The Republic Public Attorney's Office filed yesterday a complaint to the Commercial Court in Novi Sad in the bankruptcy procedure ATP Vojvodina, because the objections given by that institution as reaction to the ad for sale of ATP Vojvodina property were rejected.
The Republic Public Attorney's Office representing the Ministry of Finance, i.e. Tax Administration , reacted because they had not been informed about the ad although it was the legal obligation of the Bankruptcy Trustee and it was the official obligation of the Court to provide legal way of acting in the bankruptcy procedure.
However, a day before the scheduled sale on 16 March the judge Slobodanka Komšić rejected that objection as well as mine and the one filed by the Commercial Bank, which is also one of the trustees in this case.
Although the buyers sent their offers, the selling procedure has not been completed, because the Bankruptcy Trustee Nikola Pavlović has to sign the decision (he is currently on treatment in Covid hospital), and then the Trustee Board and Court must be informed about that.
I have filed numerous objections regarding actions of the Bankruptcy Trustee Nikola Pavlović, so I expect that, besides the Republic Public Attorney's Office, the Republic Prosecutor's Office will wake the Special Prosecutor's Office from their deep sleep so they can get interested in the entire case of ATP Vojvodina.
Sincerely Yours,
Ilija Dević, investor of ATP Vojvodina Company
